The Parker T-Max (PTFE) combines the unique flexibility and functionality of a modular stream switching valve with the enhanced reliability of an all PTFE manifold for harsh process applications.
System Overview:
• Utilizes Parker Veriflo Division (Semiconductor Industry) PV-22 valves in an engineered System manifold
• Extremely low internal (unswept) volume
• 100% factory leak tested
• Multiple choices of field compression fitting connection configurations
